Collega Joost Mulder overleden
Op 2 februari overleed onze dierbare collega Joost Mulder. Joost was iemand die (eigen)wijsheid en innemendheid op een mooie manier combineerde.

Joost startte 1 september 2013 bij het Trimbos-instituut als kwartiermaker en later coördinator gemeenten. Eerder had hij bij STAP veel ervaring opgedaan met lokaal alcoholbeleid.
Onder zijn leiding werd het Trimbos-gemeententeam opgezet. Joost is aanjager geweest van de introductie van de STAD-aanpak en de IJslandse aanpak in Nederland. Als geen ander was Joost in staat om ingewikkelde thema’s vanaf nul op te bouwen en mensen mee te krijgen voor zijn ideeën.
We zullen Joost herinneren als een fijne inspirerende collega met een groot gevoel voor humor. Een ongelooflijk autonome denker en doener met oog voor kwaliteit.

Our dear colleague Joost Mulder passed away on February 2. Joost was someone who combined wisdom, a bit of stubbornness and charm in a beautiful way.
Joost started working at Trimbos Institute in September 2013 as a coordinator for local alcohol policies at municipalities. At his former employer STAP (Dutch institute for alcohol policy), he had already gained a lot of experience on that subject.
Under his leadership, a Trimbos municipal team has been set up. Joost was the driving force behind the introduction of the STAD approach and the Icelandic approach in the Netherlands. Like no one else, Joost was able to build complex themes from scratch and to motivate people to come along with his ideas.
We will remember Joost as a nice and inspiring colleague with a great sense of humor. An incredibly autonomous thinker and a practical man, with an eye for quality.
