Establishing a school-based drug prevention programme in Macedonia

Doelstelling:

Developing and implementing a school based drug prevention programme in Macedonia. In cooperation with the Macedonian NGO Healthy Options Skopje (HOPS). A team of prevention workers is trained in drug prevention and will develop the prevention programme for schools in cooperation with schools, municipalities and other stakeholders in three pilot cities (Skopje, Strumica and Tetevo).

Eindresultaat:

1. Team of 6 drug prevention workers (Macedonian and Albanian speaking). 2. A school-based drug prevention programme (consisting of education modules, information brochures, school protocols and an implementation manual. 3. Expert group in drug prevention with the Ministry of Education. 4. School based drug prevention is included in school curricilum in Macedonia by the Ministry of Education.
